JERSEY CITY - Passengers on PATH trains are banned from having food and drinks, but a conductor is now being accused of assault for how he allegedly dealt with passengers that broke the rules.

Michael Wilson is accused of grabbing food from passengers, including a whole bucket of chicken and pizza, and throwing the food from moving trains.

Wilson also allegedly took candy from teenagers selling it and then put one of the teens in a chokehold.

He is being charged with simple assault by Port Authority police and is suspended without pay.
