PATERSON - The recent winter storms and frigid temperatures are still creating major problems for some residents in Paterson.

While major roads look fine, residents say that snow and ice from Wednesday's storm continues to cover side streets.

Some residents on Patterson Street say roads in the area were never plowed, and that conditions have gotten worse.

"You're walking down the street, like black ice,  you don't notice where it's at.  It's hard to get around," said resident Iris Lopez
