PATERSON - A landlord in Paterson pleaded guilty to causing widespread injury to her tenants.

Florence Brown was brought up on charges after a fire killed four tenants in her three-family building at 465 E. 31st St. in 2010. She was accused of not making electrical repairs which were blamed for the fire.

Her 'widespread injury' plea spares her prison time after originally being charged with manslaughter.
