PASSAIC - The lottery winner who hit it big last week in the $338 million Powerball drawing owes $29,000 in back child support.
Authorities say they have a warrant for the arrest of the father of five for the unmade payments.
Family law attorney Bari Weinberger says the state will deduct the money he owes from Quezada's $221 million lump sum prize. Weinberger points out that the mother of those children can also appeal for adjusted payments.
Officials have not said which of Quezada's five kids are affected by the back payments.
