TRENTON - Residents in parts of central and southern New Jersey can use a broom instead of a shovel to clear a light dusting of snow that fell overnight.

Bitter cold temperatures that blasted New Jersey yesterday allowed the snow to stick on roads and sidewalks.

The snow isn't expected to last long. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures are expected in the 40s today.
