NEWARK - Park diners in Newark were treated to some culture while brown-bagging it today.

The Lunchtime Poems series on the green in Military Park featured poets from two veterans' groups -  Warrior Writers and the Combat Paper Project. 

Poems are read each Thursday at noon. The events are sponsored by the Geraldine Dodge Foundation and Military Park Partnership.
