A man and a woman are facing charges Sunday after police say they found the couple with 400 bags of heroin.

HOWELL - A man and a woman are facing charges Sunday after police say they found the couple with 400 bags of heroin.

Officials say Queenarabia Suggs, of Edison, and Keith Foster, of Asbury Park, are being charged with drug possession.

The two are also being charged with child endangerment after police found the woman's 1-year-old daughter with the couple.

The child was turned over to a relative after Suggs and Foster were arrested.
