HACKENSACK - A North Jersey family looking for their dog is getting help from an unusual source.
The owners are hoping a billboard depicting their dog Honey will help track her down.
CBS Outdoor says it often donates unsold ad space to worthy causes. When they heard about Honey, the company stepped in to help. There was available space on a billboard on Route 80 in Hackensack. It's not far from where Honey went missing months ago.

Lisa Rose, a friend of Honey's owner, is pleased with the results so far. "We get more hits on Facebook and more awareness comes from the billboard," she says. "We're so grateful to them."
The dog went missing from a park in Saddle Brook last October. The owner was taking her for a walk when she broke away from her leash and ran.
The 2-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback has been spotted in several Bergen County towns, but hasn't yet been brought home.
In addition to the billboard, more than 80 "Honey Helpers" are passing out fliers and searching the old fashioned way. They hope the billboard will help reach those they can't meet in person, and that all of it leads to Honey's safe return.
