Owner: Thief steals copper, returns looking for job

GARWOOD - The owner of Cranford Plumbing and Heating says that the person who stole copper from one of his trucks last week returned to his shop two days later looking for a job.

According to John DiFabio, he reviewed the surveillance recording from the night of the robbery repeatedly and recognized 19-year-old Anthony Frodelly when he came back.

DiFabio says he gathered information from Frodelly, including his name and phone number, and then contacted police, who later arrested the teen.

DiFabio added that from now on he'll make sure there's nothing left on top of his trucks for thieves to take.
