EATONTOWN - Overcrowding at the Monmouth County SPCA has become a serious problem.

The SPCA is over capacity with 425 cats and 106 dogs.

Officials say the people showing up to look at animals are not keeping up with the influx of animals.

The SPCA is running deals like two for one kittens and a donation will allow anyone to take home a dog or cat if they are six months or older.
