EDISON - Ralph Lauren's designs for Team USA's uniforms during the opening ceremony at the Winter Olympics are now out and getting a lot of reaction.

The Olympians will sport a sweater paired with a cream-colored turtleneck, white fleece athletic pants and black boots.

They'll also wear a cotton belt and knit reindeer hat.

Ralph Lauren came under scrutiny at the London games because his designs were manufactured in China. He says this year's uniform is made in the USA.

Reaction has been mixed. Marie Barnes says the outfit could be "ugly sweater contest" material, but likes what it stands for. "I think it's nice," she says. "It shows everything and it is made in America, that's what's important."

Individual pieces are being sold at Ralph Lauren stores throughout the country.

What do you think of the American uniforms for the 2014 Winter Olympics?

They look great! I wouldn't wear it. Looks like an ugly Christmas sweater.
