OAKLAND - An Oakland fourth-grader has taken a stand against bullying with a creative YouTube video for Bullying Awareness Month.

Aly McCormick, a 9-year-old fourth-grader at Manito Elementary School, used an iPad to record people in her neighborhood delivering the message that it's not OK to bully.

Aly's video has already gotten several hundred hits on YouTube, and the number is continuing to grow.

Besides classmates and neighbors, Aly's video features Oakland Mayor Linda H. Schwager.
