Officials say they've hired a company to spray a Nutley park with a grape-scented chemical used to repel birds.

The chemical, used to flavor grape sodas and candies, will be sprayed in DeMuro Park in an affect to rid the park of birds that neighbors say have become a huge issue.

They say thousands of starlings have become noisy and make a huge mess, impacting their quality of life.
