MORRISTOWN - News 12 New Jersey's Walt Kane reported from the Morristown Green where snow has been falling for hours.

The northern parts of New Jersey may see up to a foot of snow by Saturday evening.

Residents told Kane that they are going to stay inside and ride out the storm. Public officials have warned residents to keep cars off the streets for plowing and safety reasons.
