No one was injured when a fire broke out of the roof of the Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care building in Piscataway.

PISCATAWAY - No one was injured when a fire broke out of the roof of the Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care building in Piscataway.

University spokesman E.J. Miranda says 33 people were evacuated when the fire was reported around 4:20 a.m. Tuesday. They were allowed back in by 6:15 a.m.

Miranda says the fire was restricted to a section of the roof where contractors had stored some roofing supplies.

Miranda says police found no indication the fire was suspicious.

University behavioral Health Care has resumed normal operations.
