EDISON - Service on NJ Transit's Morris and Essex and Montclair-Boonton lines remains suspended after a massive nor'easter storm slammed the Garden State Saturday, but officials say they expect to have service restored by tomorrow's morning rush.

The downed trees and power lines have impacted 50 miles of track and an estimated 25,000 commuters.

The agency says systemwide ticket cross-honoring is in effect on NJ Transit bus, rail and light rail, and on PATH and private carrier buses.

Buses in northern New Jersey may have to detour due to road conditions.
