NEWARK - Following power problems this morning with NJ Transit, trains are operating close to or on schedule.

The power outages left four trains trapped in a tunnel, creating a nightmare for New Jersey commuters headed into Manhattan.

Electrical power went out in one of the North River Tunnels just outside Penn Station New York at around 9 a.m.

Sen.Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) wasted no time in saying commuters can expect more delays in the future, because of the cancellation of the ARC Tunnel project.
