NEWARK - (AP) - NJ Transit is reaching out again tocustomers to find out what's working and what isn't.

The agency launched its second online customer satisfactionsurvey Tuesday.

Last month, it published results of a spring survey that askedtravelers to rate service in 32 different categories on a scale of0 to 10.

NJ Transit received overall marks in the middle of the scale,with a mean score of 5.2 for overall satisfaction. Safety andpayment options received higher marks, while on-time performanceand handling of service disruptions lagged behind.

Customers can take the survey at Everyone whoparticipates will be entered to win one of five free monthlypasses.

NJ Transit plans to conduct the surveys quarterly.
