HOBOKEN - NJ Transit Executive Director James Weinstein was on hand at Hoboken terminal to speak to commuters tonight.

The event goes along with the agency's release of its quarterly customer survey.

The feedback session comes on the heels of a rough week for NJ Transit, which experienced major delays both Monday and Tuesday morning.
