NEWARK - NJ Transit wants to know what riders think of its bus and train service.

The agency is putting out a quarterly score card that asks riders to grade it on everything from punctuality to cleanliness. Its customer service survey can be answered over the phone or online.

This week's questionnaire comes on the heels of two mornings full of delays.

A meeting is being held on Thursday in Hoboken from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. for riders to share their feelings.
