The games are scheduled to take place from June 13 to 21. Organizers say the competition will feature nearly 3,500 athletes competing in 14 Olympic-style sports.

Venues will include The College of New Jersey, Rider and Princeton universities and Mercer County Park.

The New Jersey Devils will host opening ceremonies at The Prudential Center in Newark.

Organizers estimate the event will bring 80,000 people to the greater Mercer/Middlesex County areas and generate as much as $50 million in economic activity. Along with millions of dollars in investment, organizers say the games promote understanding and acceptance of people with disabilities.
