(AP) - New Jersey state police say Gov. Chris Christie did not fly over the George Washington Bridge during three helicopter trips taken while the traffic lanes were blocked for four days last September. Capt. Stephen Jones confirmed that Christie didn't fly near the traffic gridlock his associates created by blocking approach lanes to the bridge in Fort Lee, apparently for political retribution....
