TRENTON - Dozens of manufacturing companies packed the statehouse in Trenton today as a part of a celebration of all things built, packaged and distributed in the Garden State. Today marked the 17th annual 'Made in New Jersey' day.

An assortment of things are made in New Jersey including replacement hips, fruit snacks, industrial vacuums and eco-friendly cleaning products.

Manufacturers have found a welcome ear in Gov. Chris Christie's office, where the governor's deregulation and anti-tax proposals are designed to bring dollars and cents to our state.

According to the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, almost 250,000 people work for the state's industrial companies.
