EDISON - The deadline is tonight to register to vote in the New Jersey primary election next month.

The New Jersey Board of Elections offices will be open until 9 p.m. After that will be too late to register to vote in the June 7 primary.

The deadline has already passed for anyone who wants to change their party affiliation to vote in the primary.

Anyone who is unaffiliated with a party but is already registered to vote can declare either Republican or Democrat at the polls before voting.
