NJ conservative leader helps plan 'Obamacare' protest

BOGOTA - One of New Jersey's most vocal conservative groups will meet outside the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Tuesday to protest Obamacare.

Steve Lonegan, head of Americans for Prosperity: New Jersey, has organized a charter bus trip for 1,000 protesters to head to Washington, D.C. to protest the Affordable Care Act, what critics call "Obamacare."

Joining New Jersey protesters at Tuesday's event will be people from New York, Pennsylvania and seven other states.

The supreme court is hearing three days of arguments about the constitutionality of the health care plan. The issue: whether the government can require Americans to buy health care and charge them a tax penalty if they don't.
