WAYNE - The students at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Wayne won $25,000 in a national contest toward a new art studio.

The $25,000 prize was from a Bounty paper towel contest. The renovation was done by celebrity designers Cortney and Bob Novogratz, hosts of Bravo's "9 by Design," and their team, including New Jersey native Ali Levin.

The newly redesigned studio features state-of-the-art computers and new furniture, as well as cabinets painted by a famous British artist. Students reacted positively to the makeover.

The school beat 10 other schools nationwide to win the "Make A Clean Difference" contest.
