NEWARK - Dozens of future business moguls are taking part in a competition that will show off their business ideas.

The BizCamp Challenge is a two-week program started by the CITI Foundation and NFTE.

The $1,000 winner is TK Custom, a personalized basketball jersey company.

Organizers say they love seeing the teens compete for cash prizes, but they have a deeper goal.

"I hope we see some of them someday on the cover of Fortune Magazine," says CITI Foundation COO Brandee McHale. "But what we're really trying to do is help them to unlock that entrepreneurial spirit."

The winning team will go into an online competition against kids from all across the country.
