Dozens of future business moguls are taking part in a competition that will show off their business ideas.

The BizCamp Challenge is a two-week program started by the CITI Foundation and NFTE.

The $1,000 winner is TK Custom, a personalized basketball jersey company.

Organizers say they love seeing the teens compete for cash prizes, but they have a deeper goal.
