Newark Mayor Cory Booker appears on Capital Hot Seat

EDISON - Newark Mayor Cory Booker appeared on News 12 New Jersey's Capital Hot Seat last night to address some of the city's major issues.

Booker spoke about the city's crime spike and the layoffs of more than 160 police officers.

The mayor also discussed Newark's unemployment rate and the $100 million donation to the school system from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
