New Year's resolutions in New Jersey

EDISON - Every new year, many make New Year's Resolutions to stay in shape. News 12 New Jersey stopped by A Fit Above Fitness Center in Newark today, where many people were attempting to make good on their resolution.

Allison McGinley, an assistant manager at A Fit Above Fitness Center in Newark, says, "Right now, it's all about loving yourself and catering to what it is you are looking for as far as goals and bettering yourself as a person as far as appearance and health."
