MORRISTOWN - The Sandor family welcomed one of New Jersey's first newborns of 2014 at Morristown Medical Center.

Baby girl Alice Anna Sandor was born at 12:38 a.m to mom Theresa Hunt, dad Steve Sandor and Alice's 3-year-old big sister, Lucy. The Oak Ridge couple says they are glad the 7 pound, 6 ounce baby girl arrived before the impending storm.

"I was a little apprehensive about that when I found out that there was snow coming," says Theresa Hunt. "So I'm just actually really glad she's here and we're not on the side of Route 23 in a foot of snow."

The first baby born in New Jersey today was reportedly born at 12:01 a.m. in Jersey City. Congratulations to all!
