EDISON - Gov. Chris Christie was on hand in New Orleans this weekend as the city officially handed off hosting duties to the Garden State for Super Bowl 48.

The Super Bowl is set to be played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford on Feb. 2, 2014. It's expected to be a huge economic boost for the state.

Preparations are already under way on how to ready MetLife Stadium - including how to avoid anything like last night's 34-minute power outage.
