SAYREVILLE - As heavy rains soaked New Jersey, officials are warning drivers to be cautious and not to drive into flooded areas.

Tow truck drivers were kept busy all over, rescuing stranded motorists from flooded streets.

Despite the rain and flooding, many drivers continued to attempt to make it through flooded areas, with mixed success.
