HOWELL - People across New Jersey are dealing with another round of bitter cold temperatures.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures on Tuesday will struggle to break 30 degrees in most spots. Gusty winds will make it feel like it’s near or below zero.

Many warming centers have been opened across the state to help people who don’t have a place to stay or working heat.

Authorities are advising people to limit their time outdoors, dress in layers and ensure that pets have adequate shelter.
