EDISON - Richard Stockton College has decided to increase in-state undergraduate tuition by 5%. Tuition for each semester will cost students nearly $4,000.
The school's board says the increase was needed after Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ's) used his line item veto power to cut funding for higher education.
