NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP - Wednesday marked the third day of the school year in Neptune Township and so far, the new school bus company is not receiving high marks.

Frustrated parents tell News 12 New Jersey that the buses have been running late and their children are worried about getting in trouble with their teachers. Other parents say their children were dropped off at the wrong stops.

The superintendent of schools says that the problems with the buses this school year are unacceptable.

News 12 New Jersey called Durham Bus Services based in Middletown for comment and were told to call back on Monday.
