MVC center to expand hours beginning next month

EDISON - Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) Chairman and Chief Administrator Raymond P. Martinez announced yesterday that beginning July 2 the MVC will expand agency hours.

According to MVC officials, the move will add nearly 10 additional service hours per week at each of the state's 39 service centers. Martinez says the extended hours are "an important part of our continuing efforts to provide New Jerseyans a positive customer experience at each of our 39 agencies."

Beginning next month, all 39 motor vehicle agencies will move to the following schedule:

Monday8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Tuesday8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Wednesday8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Thursday8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Friday8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Saturday8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
