MORRIS TOWNSHIP - Residents in one Morris Township neighborhood say they are fed up with a neighbor who consistently leaves their front yard a mess.

Neighbors say the house on Speedwell Avenue has been cluttered with garbage and overgrown with weeds since 2005. They say statues and photos are strewn across the lawn, along with garbage and a stack of unopened mail.

The city says the home has already been condemned and it is currently up for sale. They say the homeowner has until mid-October to clean the place up.
