MORRIS PLAINS - Residents in Morris Plains say they have complained for years about the house at 180 Speedwell Ave. being a health hazard, but that little had been done.

Now Morris Township has ordered the homeowner, Harry Orchard, to either clean up or move by mid-October.

According to neighbors, the front yard is covered in trash, debris and overgrown weeds. They say that they pay taxes to keep their property value up, but Orchard?s house drags the values down.

The township says it condemned the house last year.
