SOUTH BOUND BROOK - The South Side Grill in South Bound Brook was damaged in a morning fire.

The fire sparked around 9 a.m. Monday at the restaurant on Main Street.

Witnesses tell News 12 New Jersey that smoke and flames were seen billowing out of the windows and roof.

The flames eventually caused part of the roof over the kitchen to collapse.

Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control a short time later. No injuries were reported.
