More accusations of molestation surface against NJ priest

NEWARK - More accusations of molestation have surfaced against Monsignor John J. Laferrera, who was previously accused in March by several men at a rally outside a Newark church.

Today three other men, including brothers Angel and Miguel Nieves rallied at Immaculate Conception Church, the site where they say they were molested by then-Father Laferrera more than 30 years ago when they were altar boys.

"At a young age I was molested," said Angel. "He would grab me. Do this. Do that. I just really didn't have anything to say about it."

In all, eight men say they were molested by Laferrera. They say they are filling a lawsuit against him and the Archdiocese.
