FREEHOLD - The Monmouth County Courthouse in Freehold was evacuated just after 12 p.m. today after someone called in a bomb threat.

Offcials say a male caller reported a pipe bomb in the building. K-9 units were brought in to search for the supposed bomb, but nothing was found.

Authorities say the call came from somewhere in the Freehold borough, and they hope to trace the call and prosecute whomever is responsible.
