FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP - The Millstone and Raritan rivers have crested in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Andrea, flooding low-lying areas nearby.

In Manville, town officials say parts of Lincoln Park have flooded, though it’s only considered minor flooding, as the water hasn’t reached roads or homes.
