LAKEWOOD - Lightning has struck twice for a scratch ticket player from Ocean County.

Mike Ducker, 31, of Brick Township, won the top prize on scratch-off tickets two times in just one week. Each of his "20 Times Cash" tickets is worth $20,000

He bought both of them at Singin Oil Gas Station on Hurley Avenue in Lakewood.

"The second time I was in disbelief that it could happen that quickly, let alone at the same store on the same ticket," Ducker says. "I was in complete disbelief but it was real."

Ducker says he'll use his winnings to expand his coin-operated amusements business.
