CHICAGO - The Miami Dolphins picked Edison native and former Rutgers wide receiver Leonte Carroo in the 2016 NFL draft.

Carroo was the 86th pick in the third round of the draft.

The 22-year-old Carroo is an alumnus of Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey.

While playing at Rutgers he was the all-time receiving touchdowns leader and was named the 2015 Rutgers Offensive MVP.
