NEWARK - The two men charged with the shooting death of an Irvington taxicab driver appeared in a Newark courtroom today.

Jeshon Johnson and Alchane Mayes pleaded not guilty in court today.

Both men were charged with robbery, felony murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses in connection to the death of Rochenel Guerrier.

The judge set their bail at $1 million.

The 49-year-old was found in his taxi, shot to death, a week ago.
