NORTH BERGEN - An arrest was made during a raucous North Bergen council meeting last night.

Mayor Nicholas Sacco warned those in attendance that anyone speaking out of turn would be asked to leave. Janice Zorovich, a former township employee, refused to leave after officers repeatedly asked her to.

The incident was caught on camera and posted to YouTube.

She was charged with defiant trespassing.
