FREEHOLD - Most of Route 9 in Monmouth County is now snow-free after this weekend's blizzard, but the exits and jughandles still need work.

News 12 New Jersey spoke with drivers who say they would see yield signs along the highway, but no actual jughandles.

The frustrated drivers say that they've been finding their own way around and are even making U-turns in the middle of the road.

Route 18 was in even worse shape and shut down for most of the day, but reopened this afternoon.
