Service on New Jersey Transit's Northeast Corridor line was shut down Saturday morning after a train struck a man.

HAMILTON - Service on New Jersey Transit's Northeast Corridor line was shut down Saturday morning after a train struck a man.

The incident occurred near the Hamilton station.

The man was taken to a hospital in Trenton and was conscious and breathing, but had suffered a head injury.

None of the 300 passengers and crew on the train suffered injuries.
