WOODBRIDGE - John Bovery, the man accused of running the world's largest office pool, said Thursday that he wants the money seized by the feds to be returned to the nearly 8,000 people who participated around the globe.

His office pool topped $800,000 before the feds broke it up.

Bovery recounted the changes in his life after his arrest four years ago. The former Wall Street broker turned New Jersey school teacher spent close to a month in jail.

“I might have done something wrong in the way I organized the pool,” says Bovery. “But please there's no way they should be taking $722,000 from 4,000 people."

Bovery says the $120,000 was his life savings. His is scheduled to appear in court in June.
