The man accused of smashing the windows of Jewish-owned businesses in Highland Park is now facing additional charges.The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office says Richard Green

HIGHLAND PARK - The man accused of smashing the windows of Jewish-owned businesses in Highland Park is now facing additional charges.

The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office says Richard Green has been charged with three counts of third-degree bias intimidation.

Green is accused of using rocks and other objects to break the windows of the businesses.

The shops and religious centers were closed at the time.
